Alright, let's tackle the UNC: Listening Post Theta assignment in Mass Effect. This one's pretty straightforward once you know where to go. First things first, you'll need to have finished up the events at Noveria's Rift Station. Once that's done, hop over to the Acheron system in the Styx Theta cluster.

Once you're in the Acheron system, land on the planet Altahe. Your objective is way down south on the planet. As you get close to the Listening Post, you'll notice some Rachni Nests scattered around. It's a good idea to take out the Rachni Soldiers that crawl out of these with your Mako before you park it and head inside the base itself.

Inside the Listening Post, you'll find yourself in the main room where a bunch of Rachni are waiting. You'll face two Rachni Soldiers and a group of Rachni Workers. Don't worry too much about the Workers if you can avoid getting surrounded, but keep your distance from the Soldiers. They can inflict the Toxic status, so be ready to heal yourself if you get hit.

Once the base is clear, head to the back. You'll find a room with some loot on the left. The room on the right has a Terminal. Interacting with this Terminal will reveal the location of the depot where these Rachni came from, which kicks off a new assignment: UNC: Depot Sigma-23. Don't worry if you don't see it in your Journal immediately. This action will also complete the current UNC: Listening Post Theta assignment, so you're all set here!
