Hey there! Welcome to Paralogue 9, where you'll face off against Saizo in a bit of a family reunion. Your main goal here isn't just to beat the boss, but to do it *before* Saizo's son, Asugi, makes a run for it. He's trying to escape through the crowd, and if he gets away, you won't be able to recruit him. So, speed is key!

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Boss (Saizo): Frail, should go down easily.

Phases:

1. Objective: Defeat the boss before Asugi escapes.
2. Asugi's Escape: Asugi will attempt to flee through the map. You must defeat the boss quickly to prevent this.

Strategy:

• When you start, you'll be in the Thieves' Den. Your primary objective is to defeat the boss before Asugi escapes. Don't get too caught up in gaining experience; focus on reaching the boss as fast as possible.
• Asugi's escape path is long, but enemies might hinder him. Thankfully, his progress is temporarily halted by doors.
• Instead of wasting turns using Locktouch to open doors, use the Dragon Veins scattered throughout the map. These will blast open walls, creating a direct and fast path to the boss.
• The first Dragon Vein is in your starting room. The other two are located directly north of your position.
• Be aware that enemies can also use Locktouch to open doors, potentially blocking your path if you rely on them.
• The boss is described as rather frail, so he shouldn't pose too much of a challenge once you reach him.
• Once you clear the Paralogue, Asugi will join your army permanently.
