Chapter 4 Hoshido

The chapter begins with a tutorial on Danger Area (29. Danger Area), showing how to view enemy movement range using the (A) button and all enemy ranges with the (X) button.

Move a unit to the tile in front of the village to the north and select "Visit" to receive a Goddess Icon, permanently increasing Luck by 4. This is covered by the tutorial (26. Villages).

When selecting Kaze, a tutorial on Trading Items (16. Trading Items) will appear, explaining how to trade items by moving next to a character and selecting "Trade". Vulneraries are healing items.

Your objective is to reach Sakura and Hinoka in the upper left of the map, while fending off Faceless enemies.

Use your protagonist to activate Dragon Veins to clear hills and create flatter terrain.

Kaze, as a Ninja, can debuff enemies and attack from range.

Rinkah has high Speed and Defense, making her a good partner for Kaze or the protagonist.

There are two main routes: go straight north or go left then north.

After a few turns, Ryoma will mention Auto-Battle (30. Auto-Battle), which allows the AI to control your units.

Be cautious of enemies bunching up in the north-middle of the map, which can lead to multiple tag team attacks.

After the battle, Mikoto's barrier around Hoshidan territory is explained, which protects against Nohrians but not magical monsters like the Faceless.

Hinoka informs you that Nohrians are bad, and you will then make your way to your old home and meet Azura.
