Azama boasts incredibly well-balanced stats with excellent growth across the board, making him seem very useful and powerful on paper. However, his starting class as a Monk means he can't fully utilize his Strength stat, and his reclassing options are quite limited, which can hinder his usability. His best promotion is to Great Master, which offers a strong skill in Countermagic, but that's about the extent of his class benefits.
