- 1As you move along the path, keep an eye out for a pack of Lobos and Crawlers. If you've got Antidotes, great, but even if not, your best bet is to take down the Crawlers first. They can be a real nuisance if you let them hang around.
- 2A little ways ahead, you'll run into a Barbed Specter. This guy's guarding a new weapon for Lightning called the Edged Carbine. It's a good trade-off – better Magic, but less Strength. To take down the Specter, try starting with Slash & Burn, then follow up with Dualcasting to get it into Stagger. Once it's staggered, it goes down pretty fast.
- 3Keep pushing forward, and you'll find another Specter, this time with two Crawlers. Again, focus on the Crawlers first if you can.
- 4Right before you exit this area, there's a Feral Behemoth. This one's a bit more significant because it drops a pass to the Magical Moments retail network, which you can access at Save Stations.
