Walkthrough for Final Fantasy XIII's Aerorail Trussway 13-E, detailing the boss fight against Manasvin Warmech, enemy encounters, and treasure sphere locations.
Walkthrough
- 1You will encounter the Manasvin Warmech. It has 360 HP and is weak to Lightning and Water. You can use Auto-battle and Sazh will assist in attacking. The mech has a saw arm swipe attack and a beam attack if you stay back. Use Potions if your HP gets low.
- 2After its HP is depleted, it will return for a second phase. It starts with a powerful beam attack called Wave Cannon. Lightning can withstand two of these before needing to heal. It also retains its tail beam attack, which it uses three times before another Wave Cannon.
- 3Upon defeating the Manasvin Warmech, you will be awarded 6x Potions.
- 4Continue forward to find your first Save Sphere. Use it to save your progress.
- 5Follow the compass marker on your mini-map along the narrow path until you encounter two PSICOM soldiers. Engage them, aiming for a Preemptive strike if possible.
- 6Beyond the soldiers, you will find a pile of rubble. Look for a blue, swirling circle in front of it, which indicates a jump section. Run into the circle to leap over the rubble.
- 7Continue along the path and fight another group of soldiers, including a new enemy, the PSICOM Enforcer. Use Auto-battle if necessary and use Potions to restore HP if it gets low.
- 8Further down the path, you will hear a humming sound and see a bobbing metallic sphere. This is a treasure sphere containing a Potion. Approach it and press X/A to collect its contents.
Tips
- Fight every enemy you come across to gain valuable items, materials, Crystogen Points (CP), and Technical Points (TP).
- Scanning enemies is only necessary if you are aiming for the trophy/achievement for using Libra. Boss enemies are automatically added to the Bestiary.
- Listen for the distinct humming sound of treasure spheres, which contain helpful items.
- Blue circles indicate jump sections that allow you to traverse obstacles.
- 6x Potion
