Walkthrough
  1. 1
After starting the quest inside the LA 24 News office, head to the room on the right.
  2. 2
Go upstairs and grab the skill card off the table.
  3. 3
Continue forward to find a dead crew member with a keycard. Pick it up.
  4. 4
Head to the newsroom and go downstairs to speak with Esta.
  5. 5
She will ask you to go to the basement to get the news servers back online.
  6. 6
Head out, down the hallway, and down the stairs to the basement.
  7. 7
There will be a leak that has been electrified. Follow the yellow cord to the generator and turn it off to make the walkway safe.
  8. 8
Open the door to let the Shocker Walker out and defeat it using curveballs.
  9. 9
Once inside the server room, boot up the three computers.
  10. 10
After all computers are online, sprint back upstairs to witness a zombie dragging a body. Follow it briefly.
  11. 11
Return to the newsroom to fight a Butcher. Use curveballs and fast weapons, and interrupt its feasting on bodies to prevent healing.
  12. 12
After defeating the first Butcher, two more will spawn. Use the same strategy to defeat them.
  13. 13
Speak with the survivors in the newsroom to complete the quest.
