Alright, so you've finished up the 'Body Art: Vigor' quest and wrapped up the main story quest 'The Search For Truth'. Now it's time to head back to Beverly Hills and Francesca’s garage. Look for the last Body Art quest, 'Body Art: Dread,' pinned up on her corkboard, right above that collection bucket. Grab it and get ready, because this one's gonna test you – you need to harvest Mutated Hearts from Mutators!

Mutators are no joke, man. They're tough enemies you really don't want to stumble upon unprepared. They've got nasty ranged attacks, they're brutal up close, and they can take a beating thanks to their beefy health bars.

Your goal is to harvest three Mutated Hearts. From what we've seen, Mutators have about a 50/50 chance of dropping one, so you'll likely need to take down at least three, maybe up to six. Here are the best spots to find them:

• In Bel-Air, near the sewer entrance.
• At the Halperin Hotel, specifically on the third floor, close to the elevators.

We'd steer clear of the Mutator hotspot over in the Ocean Avenue lab. It's a total Apex zombie free-for-all there, and honestly, Mutators don't seem to spawn quite as often. Once you've bagged those hearts and finished the quest, you'll snag yourself an achievement/trophy called 'Gore Horse'. Nice!
