Walkthrough

    First, you must complete the side quest 'The Terror of Sound Stage 7'.

    Travel to Hollywood Boulevard and speak with Sebastian in the safe zone. He will inform you that Captain Vixen has gone to the Chinese Theatre.

    Exit the safe zone and follow the red carpet east, then south. At the end of the area, turn right (north) towards the “Old Dynasty Theatre.”

    Clear out any zombies in the area and speak with Sarah, who is on a balcony. She will ask you to retrieve a Space Fox gimmicked spotlight filter from the nearby Metro.

    Cross the street to the north and proceed east past where the helicopter was parked during the 'Hollywood Ending' story mission. Head down some stairs into the metro area.

    Continue east until you are forced to turn north through some doors, then west down stairs, north again, and finally west where you will find turnstiles.

    Ignore the turnstiles and head to the ticket office along the northern wall to find the spotlight filters.

    To open the maglocked door, you must destroy three electrical panels:
    • Look through the ticket office window from the southern edge. Smash the glass and destroy the maglock panel inside near the door with a ranged attack.

    From the ticket office door, follow the wall east past some metro maps. The maglock panel is on the wall just past the maps. Alternatively, follow the yellow wire from the door.

    Look at the ticket office door and follow the green wire across the room to the south. It runs along the ceiling to a maglock panel near the ceiling by an archway.

    With all three maglock panels destroyed, enter the ticket office and smash a crate on the western wall to find the Spotlight Filter.

    Return outside. Fireworks will begin, attracting zombies. You and Sarah will agree to split tasks: you kill the zombies, and Sarah will try to stop the fireworks.

    Defeat all the zombies, which may include a Butcher and a Mutator.

    Install the spotlight filter onto a nearby spotlight.

    Return to the safe zone and inform Sebastian to complete the quest.
Tips
  • Melee weapons can be used to destroy maglock panels if you can reach them. Otherwise, use shooting, thrown weapons, or Curveballs.
  • Pay attention to the colored wires leading from the maglock panels to help locate them.
