There are five Safe-Deposit Keys to find in the Halperin Hotel. The locations and their corresponding loot are as follows:

Safe-Deposit Key 09: Located on the table in the middle of the hotel lobby. This key opens the 9th safe deposit box behind the counter. Loot: $288, 10x Scrap, 2x Metal Parts.

Safe Deposit Box 14: Found on the floor with the 2?? rooms. After bypassing fire hazards, the key is in a bathroom within one of the rooms on that floor. Loot: $151, Metal Parts x2, Blades x2.

Safe Deposit Box 33: Located inside the elevator you call down on the second floor. Once the door opens, you will face several military zombies. The keys are on the floor after defeating them. Loot: $117, and a green quality Dagger.

Safe Deposit Box 49: Found inside one of the side vents when climbing through the vents in a destroyed bedroom caused by the earthquake. Loot: $92, 2x Electronics, 1x Synthetic Fibers.

Safe Deposit Box 53: Located inside the bathroom of room 307. You will naturally find this during the main story mission, 'Calling the Cavalry'. Loot: $299 cash, 1x Alloy, 2x Metal Parts.

Most of these keys are found linearly as you explore the Halperin Hotel. For instance, Safe Deposit 9 is easily accessible in the center of the lobby upon entering. Others require a bit more searching, like Safe Deposit 33, found inside an elevator on the second floor. Safe Deposit 49 is located within the vents on the third floor; navigate through the vents from the broken bedroom, follow the path, and you'll find a bloodied section of the vent leading upwards and left to the key.
