Find the First Clue: Your first destination is the parking lot right next to the coffee shop. Head through the door into the alleyway, making your way towards some crates. The game will prompt you to look for clues. Check the back left corner of the alley – you'll spot a poster for 'The Badge'. Interact with it.

Deal with the Screamer: As soon as you interact with the poster, a Screamer will appear! Take it out along with its zombie buddies. After the fight, a note will drop. Grab it and make your way to the parking garage behind the LA 24 News building.

Get the Note for Jimmy: Once you're in the parking garage, you need to get to the top. Fight your way up, take out any zombies you encounter, and you'll find a note for Jimmy right in front of you on the roof. Pick it up.

Confront Zack: Now, head over to the area outside Burger 66, which is just down from the coffee shop alley. Circle around the truck parked there, and you'll find Zack. Uh oh, he's been turned into a Butcher! This guy is tough, so use your most powerful weapons to take him down quickly. Keep an eye on him, especially as his health gets low, because he can heal himself.

Deal with the Bursters: Be ready! Once Zack's health is almost gone, some Bursters will show up. Deal with them and then finish off Zack.

Return to the Hotel: After defeating Zack, grab the pass he drops. Now, head back to the Lotusville Mall. The alarm will be blaring, and you'll have to fight off several Apex Variants on the first floor. Once they're cleared, hand the pass to Ava.

Second Floor and Jimmy: After dealing with the first floor, head up to the second floor and do the same thing there. Once all the chaos is handled, you just need to find Jimmy to wrap up the quest.

When fighting Zack the Butcher, remember he can heal. Focus your attacks and try to keep him from recovering health.
