The Ballad of Rikky Rex

Alright, so you're looking to help out Rikky Rex with his music career, huh? To get this side quest, make sure you've finished the main story mission 'The Giant Slayer' and Rikky's other side quest, 'Resurrect the Rex'. Once those are done, head over to Roxanne's place in Beverly Hills. Rikky's got another favor to ask.

He wants his guitar, 'Chopper', back. Apparently, it's at his house, and he's not exactly the zombie-fighting type, so that's where you come in. Head out of Roxanne's and go up the hill to Rikky's place. You'll see a Runner munching on someone – just fight your way through to the back of the house. To get to Chopper, you'll need to go upstairs, through the kitchen.

Here's the catch: the door is locked. You need to draw out Rikky's bandmate, Misha, who has the key. Head back outside to the little stage area and interact with the music player. Get ready, because this is gonna start a zombie party! You'll mostly be dealing with Walkers and Shamblers, but keep an eye out for three named zombies:

• The Guitarist: Just a regular Runner, so you should know how to handle these by now.
• The Drummer: This one's a Crusher. Watch out for his shockwave attack, or try to block his other moves to stun him briefly. Be mindful of the other zombies around you.
• Misha the Singer: This Screamer is the real pain. Her screams will bring in more zombies and make it tough to get close to her.

Once you take down Misha, finish off any remaining zombies and grab Rikky’s Kitchen Key from her body. Head back to that locked door, unlock it, and head upstairs. As you approach the stairs, more zombies will show up, so fight your way through. Watch out for Bursters here – their explosions can be deadly. Keep going, maybe through a balcony and into a bedroom, being careful of another potential Burster on the next balcony. Eventually, you'll reach a second bedroom with a jukebox. Inside the closet, you'll find Rikky’s Chopper!

Grab the guitar and bring it back to Rikky to wrap up the quest. You'll get 2,000 XP and the O-Kami and Whiskey bonus for your trouble.
