Alright, so you're looking to tackle the 'Body Art: Visionary' sidequest in Dead Island 2? It's a pretty straightforward one, and a good way to get some early XP. First things first, you'll need to have finished the main story mission called The Giant Slayer. Once that's done, you can fast travel to Beverly Hills. Keep an eye out for a red house on the northern part of the map. Just hop over the fence, and you should find an NPC named Francesca hanging out in the garage. Chat with her to kick things off!

Francesca's got a bit of an… *artistic* vision, even in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. She's decided that zombie parts are the perfect medium for her masterpiece. For this first part of her quest, she needs you to grab some Infected Flesh. Don't worry, this is the most basic zombie loot you can find, so it's super common.

Your goal is to collect 10 Infected Flesh. If you've done any exploring after 'The Giant Slayer', you might already have these. If not, no biggie! Just start taking down the basic zombies you see wandering around. Pretty much any Walker or Shambler will drop Infected Flesh. Even a Burster will drop it, though they're a bit less common at this stage. Just keep at it, killing zombies until you've got all ten pieces you need. The game will let you know when you've hit the quota.

Once you've got your ten pieces of Infected Flesh, head back to Francesca. You'll see a bucket next to her where you can drop off the parts. After that, just have one last chat with her, and boom – quest complete! You'll bag yourself 1,000 XP for your trouble.
