You've reached the Indigo Plateau! Get ready for the Elite Four challenge with our guide on final preparations, special trades, and the Move Reminder.

Alright, you've officially made it to the Indigo Plateau! This is the absolute top of the Pokémon world, so it's time to get yourself ready for the biggest challenge yet: the Elite Four. As you arrive from Route 23, just keep heading up the stairs towards the big Pokémon League building.

Inside, you'll find a Poké Mart conveniently located on your left and a Pokémon Center on your right. Straight ahead, nestled between those massive Pokémon statues, is the path leading to the Elite Four. Before you dive in, this is your last chance to stock up on all the essentials. We're talking Max Potions, Full Restores, Full Heals, Revives – the works! If you've been diligent on your journey, you should have more than enough Poké Dollars to grab everything you need.

Before you head into the Elite Four challenge, there are a couple of important NPCs to chat with.

Note: Alola Trade

Over on the left side of the Poké Mart, near a corner, there's a Super Nerd who wants to trade his Alolan Exeggutor for a regular one. If you don't have a regular Exeggutor handy, you can catch one on Route 23, just south of Victory Road, or catch one there and use a Leaf Stone to evolve it. Keep in mind that Alolan Exeggutor is a Grass/Dragon type, which makes it super weak to Ice attacks. Many Water-types happen to carry Ice-type moves, so be aware of that when you're planning your team!

Note: Move Reminder

Now, head towards the far right side of the building, near the Pokémon Center. You'll find Madam Memorial, who can teach your Pokémon any forgotten moves (or even moves they'd learn later!) for the price of a Heart Scale. You can find Heart Scales scattered around Seafoam Islands. This service can be super useful, so don't hesitate to use it! Just remember, she can only teach moves that the Pokémon's current form can learn, not moves from previous or future evolutions. So, a Nidoking can't learn moves that only a male Nidoran could know, for example.

Once you feel totally prepared, it's time to step through the north exit and begin your Pokémon League challenge.

Warning: Here Goes Nothing!

Heads up: once you enter the Elite Four gauntlet, you can't leave unless you either defeat them all or lose. The good news is that you get breaks between battles to use items and switch your Pokémon around. Make sure you use these opportunities to get your team perfectly ready for the next trainer!
