Champion Rival

The rival's first Pokémon is a Level 56 Mega Pidgeot (Normal/Flying). It's weak to Electric, Rock, and Ice. It uses Air Slash, Heat Wave, and Quick Attack. Lead with an Electric or Rock-type.

Next, the rival may send out a Level 56 Marowak (Ground). It's weak to Water and Flying. It uses Bonemerang, Fire Punch, and Brick Break. Water-types like Gyarados are a safe choice.

The rival also has a Level 56 Vileplume (Grass/Poison). It's weak to Fire, Ice, Flying, and Psychic. It uses Sludge Bomb and Solar Beam. Fire, Ice, Flying, or Psychic types are effective.

A Level 56 Rapidash (Fire) may appear. It's weak to Water, Rock, and Ground. It uses Flare Blitz, Poison Jab, and Quick Attack. Water or Rock-types are recommended.

The rival's Level 56 Slowbro (Water/Psychic) is weak to Grass, Electric, Bug, Ghost, and Dark. It uses Surf and Psychic. Hit it with special attackers before it uses Light Screen.

In Let's Go Pikachu, the rival may send out a Level 57 Jolteon (Electric). It's weak to Ground. It uses Thunder and Quick Attack. Ground-types are the best counter.

In Let's Go Eevee, the rival may send out a Level 57 Raichu (Electric). It's weak to Ground. It uses Thunder and Quick Attack. Ground-types are ideal.

Defeat the rival to become Champion and enter the Hall of Fame.
