Team Galactic HQ (Map & Items)

Entering Galactic HQ: Speak to the Galactic Grunt at the HQ entrance in Veilstone City. He will drop the Storage Key. Pick it up and use it to unlock the door inside the Galactic Warehouse in the north-west corner of the city.

Obtaining the Galactic Key: From the Galactic Warehouse, head east through the underpass to the main HQ building. Navigate through 1F and 2F using teleporters to reach the north-east corner of 1F. Take the right teleporter for TM49 Scald. Use the left teleporter, then another teleporter in the next room to reach the north-west corner of 2F. Go down the stairs, then west to another set of stairs. Downstairs, head west along the corridor to find TM36 Sludge Bomb and the Galactic Key near some crates. Use the Galactic Key to open the locked door on the left to return to Veilstone City.

Obtaining TM21 Dazzling Gleam: From where you found the Galactic Key, backtrack east to 1F, then ascend stairs to 2F. Use the teleporter to return to the north-west corner of 2F. Go up the stairs on the right to 3F. In the north-west corner, inspect the machine for a hidden Elixir. Follow the corridor south, then east to a locked door. Use the Galactic Key to open it and retrieve TM21 Dazzling Gleam from the machinery room.

Reaching Galactic Boss Cyrus: Enter the main Galactic HQ building. In the north-east corner of the reception, inspect the potted plant for a hidden PP Up. Unlock the door to the left of the desk and go up the stairs to 2F. Search the machine near the corner for a hidden Full Heal. Proceed east to the kitchen and use the bottom-right teleporter. Follow the corridor to the next teleporter, pick up the Max Revive, and return to the kitchen. Head west to the TV room, search the top-right corner for a hidden Ultra Ball, and use the teleporter inside. In the next area, use the beds on the left to heal Pokémon if needed, then go up the stairs to 3F. In the north-east corner, search the machine for a hidden Full Restore. Follow the corridor west, then south to three teleporters. Use the middle teleporter to find a room with tables; grab the Elixir below and search the boxes for a hidden Rare Candy. Return to the three teleporters and use the left one. Go up the stairs to 4F. Use the Galactic Key to open the locked door, leading to Cyrus.
