Complete the Victory Road in pokemon brilliant diamond and shining pearl. Guide includes Marley ally, trainer battles, item locations, and wild Pokémon.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Upon entering Victory Road, you'll find yourself in a small area with two staircases leading east.
  2. 2
Proceed to the Main Area, which is a large dungeon. You will need to use HM Defog to clear the thick fog.
  3. 3
Marley will appear and ask you to accompany her. While she is with you, all wild Pokémon encounters will be Double Battles, and she will assist as Player 2. She will also assist in Double Battles with other trainers.
  4. 4
Warning: While Marley is following you, you cannot use HM Surf. If you wish to explore areas with water, you must return after escorting her to the exit.
  5. 5
Head north, then east at the corner. You will encounter multiple trainers in Double Battles.
  6. 6
To skip three trainer pairs, you can take a right at the first set of stairs, though this is technically the longer route. It is generally more efficient to battle trainers while Marley heals your party.
  7. 7
Near the north-west corner, you'll encounter a mini boulder puzzle. To push the top boulder, push the first boulder to the right when there's a gap. Otherwise, push it up.
  8. 8
Note: To reset the boulders if you get stuck, you must exit the area and re-enter. This may be best done after escorting Marley to the exit.
  9. 9
After the main area, you will reach a long staircase leading outside.
Tips
  • Marley will permanently leave once you reach the exit in the north-east corner.
  • Marley will fully restore your party after every fight, so don't hesitate to use your strongest moves.
