  3. 3
Speak to the sailor, who will offer to take you to Fullmoon Island.
  4. 4
    Travel to Fullmoon Island.
  5. 5
Go to the east side of the island and enter the path forward.
  6. 6

  7. 7
Return to the arrival point and travel back to Canalave City.
  8. 8
Visit the sailor's house and show the Lunar Feather to the boy to wake him up.
  9. 9
Cresselia will now roam Sinnoh. Use the Marking Map app from the Pokétch Company building in Jubilife City to track it.
  10. 10
Save your game when Cresselia is on the same route as you before entering tall grass or water.
Tips
  • Cresselia roams Sinnoh like Mesprit. Use the Marking Map app to track its location.
  • Cresselia will move to a different route when you change areas.
  • Using HM Fly will reset Cresselia’s position.
  • Save your game before encountering Cresselia in the wild to reload if you accidentally run into regular wild Pokémon.
  • Cresselia will attempt to flee at the end of the first turn. Use a Pokémon with Mean Look or Block to prevent this.
  • Bronzong can learn Block. Catch a Bronzor, train it one level to evolve, and teach it Block. Relearn Hypnosis with a Heart Scale if desired.
  • Absol can be obtained with Mean Look (bred with Umbreon/Smeargle or found in the Grand Underground). Teach Absol False Swipe via TM. Optionally teach it Taunt, Thunder Wave (from Small Sphere Traders or Battle Park), and Swords Dance (from Veilstone Department Store).
  • Cresselia is Level 50 and is a Psychic-type Pokémon.
  • Cresselia has high Defense and uses Moonlight to heal itself. It also uses Safeguard to prevent status conditions.
  • Moonlight can only be used 5 times.
  • Taunt can prevent Cresselia from using Moonlight.
  • Absol is immune to Psycho Cut.
  • Use Swords Dance on Absol to boost its Attack before using False Swipe.
