Where to Find HM Surf (TM95):

You'll snag this TM as part of the main story, so don't worry about missing it. You'll eventually be asked by Cynthia to head over to Celestic Town to deliver something to her grandmother. Your task is to go to Celestic Town and take down a Team Galactic Grunt who's hanging out right in front of the Ancient Ruins. Once you've dealt with him, head inside the ruins. Take a good look at the paintings on the back wall. When you do, Cynthia's grandmother will show up, take the parcel you're carrying, and as a thank you, she'll hand over TM95 - Surf!

How to Use HM Surf:
