Walkthrough

    Travel to the Lighthouse in the bottom right of Sunyshore City.

    Speak with Volkner at the top of the Lighthouse; he will return to the Gym.

    Challenge Volkner in the Gym. He uses Electric-type Pokémon, so Rock and Ground-types are recommended. Be prepared for his Octillery and Ambipom, which can be countered with Fighting-types.

    After defeating Volkner, travel to the top of the city to find Jasmine.

    Speak with Jasmine, who will give you TM99 Waterfall.

  • Volkner's Electric-type Pokémon are weak to Rock and Ground-type attacks.
  • A Fighting-type Pokémon is effective against Ambipom.
  • TM99 Waterfall is the last Hidden Move needed to access the Pokémon League.
