    Find the Ferns
    Objective: Deliver 8 Unique Ferns.
    Location: Jurassic Frontier.
    Subquest: Deliver 10 Unique Mushrooms.
    Notes: Unique Ferns are Account Items found at plant gathering spots in areas like 1 and 2. Unique Mushrooms are found on logs in areas 6, 4, and 11. Deliver items to the red box at base camp, prioritizing subquest items.

    Fungal Hunt
    Objective: Deliver 5 Abyssal Mushrooms.
    Location: Jurassic Frontier.
    Subquest: None.
    Notes: Unlocks after completing "Find the Ferns." Abyssal Mushrooms are found in darker areas 9, 10, and 11.

    Wipe Out!
    Objective: Slay 10 Maccao.
    Location: Jurassic Frontier.
    Subquest: None.
    Notes: This is the third Key Quest. Maccao are bright green dinosaurs found throughout the Jurassic Frontier.

    Another Pack Attack
    Objective: Slay 10 Jaggi.
    Location: Jurassic Frontier.
    Subquest: None.
    Notes: This is the final Key Quest. Jaggi are smaller purple dinosaurs; Jaggia are the larger females and do not count towards the objective. Area 5 spawns Jaggi continuously; check areas 8 and 9 as well.

    URGENT: Vaulting Outlaw
    Objective: Hunt a Great Maccao.
    Location: Jurassic Frontier.
    Subquest: Slay 5 Maccao.
    Notes: This is your first large monster hunt. Great Maccao is an alpha male Maccao. Head to Area 5. Use Paintballs to track the monster. The subquest should complete naturally during the hunt.
Tips
  • After completing the four Key Quests, talk to the Bherna Chief to receive an introduction to Village Requests.
  • Village Requests include standard Quests and Deliveries. Quests often require talking to an NPC again for rewards (usually resource points). Deliveries involve talking to Neko (means “Cat”) at the Palico Ranch.
  • The Palico Ranch offers services like the Dojo and has a Palico recruiter.
  • Completing the "URGENT: Vaulting Outlaw" quest unlocks 2-star Quests, more kitchen ingredients, and access to Pokke, Yukumo, and Kokoto Villages via the Flight Attendant.
  • Completion of the four 1-star Key Quests and the Urgent Quest unlocks access to 2-star Quests and new features. Specific rewards for individual quests are typically resource points.
