Return to Mother’s Crown. A Fast Travel Pack is recommended.

Speak with Sona near the north gate. She will ask for Chillwater and a Lancehorn Lens.

If you do not have enough, hunt Lancehorns in the northern mountains or southwest of Mother’s Crown for both items. Freeze Bellowbacks, Glinthawks, and Ravagers can also drop Chillwater. Alternatively, purchase Chillwater from merchants for twelve Metal Shards each.

Once you have the required items, Sona will ask you to deliver signal arrows to Orn, a sentinel stationed to the south.

Exit Mother’s Crown via the southern gate. Turn west, ignoring the southern bridge, and pass through another gate to the west.

At a fork, continue west, then follow the road south.

Ignore the two forks to the southwest and west that lead to Jun’s cabin.

A short distance north of a Campfire, veer southwest off the road to find the cliffs where Orn’s watch tower is located.

Ascend the cliffs using the yellow “climb here!” hand-holds to reach the watch tower.

Talk to Orn to hand off the Supply Arrow Package.

Rappel down and use a nearby zipline to descend.

Return to Mother’s Crown. Search the cliff west of the north gate to find a ladder and climbable hand-holds to reach Sona.

Speak with Sona to complete the quest.
