    Fast travel to the Campfire southeast of Pitchcliffs.

    Defeat the flock of Glinthawks attacking the town.

    Enter Pitchcliffs and go to the leader's house.

    You can either use tall grass for stealth to disable the devices or fight the Stormbird.

    To defeat the Stormbird: use Freeze Arrows to inflict the Freeze status, then target its Lightning Gun and Engines. Utilize tunnels for cover if needed.
