Alright, let's track down these Pigments in the Frozen Wilds DLC for Horizon Zero Dawn. They're scattered around, and some are tied to specific quests or areas you'll need to clear first. Grab your Focus and let's get started!

Pigment – Light Salt

You'll find this one just outside the Song's Edge settlement. Look for a hot spring with a small camp and a Shaman nearby. The pigment is sitting on a tall rock that looks like it has yellow paint on it.

Pigment – Medium Salt

Head to the Stone Yield bandit camp. You'll need to clear out the camp first, but once it's safe, the pigment is located at the top of some springs within the camp area.

Pigment – Dark Salt

This pigment is in the center of the map, near some hot springs that aren't too far from the Stone Yield bandit camp. If you head east of these springs, you should encounter two Scrappers. Defeating them means you're in the right spot to find the pigment.

Pigment – Light Crystal

This one is tied to the 'For the Werak' quest. During the final challenge, you'll be fighting three Frostclaws. After you've dealt with them, climb the central rock platform; the pigment is waiting for you next to a tree.

Pigment – Medium Crystal

North of the Stone Yield bandit camp, you'll find this pigment up on the mountain. Look for cliffs opposite the hot springs. You'll see some handholds there – use them to climb to the top. The pigment is located just before you'd typically run into any machines in that higher area.

Pigment – Dark Crystal

To grab this pigment, you need to reach the very top of the mountain in the center of the map. Instead of going through the Frostclaw site, climb the north side of the mountain. Follow the left side of the mountain's base until you find a passageway. You'll need to climb a rock formation using handholds, and then follow a long yellow wire along the mountainside until you reach the summit.

Pigment – Light Oxide

You can snag this pigment during 'The Shaman's Path' quest. Keep following the quest until you reach a wooden bridge that you need to activate. After you kick down a ladder and follow a stream to some rock handholds, you'll find the pigment next to a small supply crate, marked with a purple resource symbol.

Pigment – Medium Oxide

When you start the 'Firebreak' quest and travel to Longnotch for the first time, keep an eye out. As you follow the path along a frozen river, you should spot the pigment on the right edge of the river. It's pretty easy to see.

Pigment – Dark Oxide

The last pigment is in the western part of the map, not too far from Deep Din. You'll come across a frozen lake with a small Banuk fishing camp. Look to the left of the camp, near the edge of the woods, and you'll find the pigment there.

Once you've collected all nine Pigments, you'll earn the All Pigments Found trophy!
