Alright, let's talk about the Shell-Walker. These guys look a bit like big, mechanical crabs and they've got these massive crates strapped to their backs. The cool thing is, you can actually shoot those crates off! Just aim for the supports on their back. If you manage to knock the crate loose, you can even loot it separately from the Shell-Walker itself. Just be careful, because if you knock the crate off, they'll try to scramble and reattach it using their Lightning Gun arm. If you destroy that arm, the crate will just stay put on the ground, making it super easy to grab.

Speaking of that Lightning Gun arm, it's their main ranged attack. They can either blast you with a quick volley of three smaller shots or charge up for one big, powerful blast. Their other arm is usually busy holding up a shield, which they'll keep up constantly when they're in combat. Don't worry too much about it, though – a few well-placed precision arrows can blast right through it and disable it temporarily.

They're not afraid to get up close and personal either. Shell-Walkers can lunge at you with their claws, sometimes in rapid succession, and if you're too close, they'll unleash an electric shockwave. It's a good idea to equip some armor with shock resistance before you go hunting these things.

Now, for the weak spot: there's a Power Generator on their stomach. It's a bit tricky to hit, but if you can land shots on it, it'll disable their Lightning Gun and Shield Claw, plus deal some shock damage to the machine itself. Laying down some Blast Wires can help you hit it reliably. The good news is, Shell-Walkers are pretty slow. That means you can usually get around them and flank them without too much trouble. Once you've taken out their main weapons, they're pretty much yours for the taking.
