Complete walkthrough for the Pillar of Pegasus in Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition. Includes enemy list, item locations, and boss strategies for Grampogriff and Nagasus.
Walkthrough
- 1Find the Tockle at Havens Above (eastern side, on a bench) to receive the pastword.
- 2Enter the Pillar of Pegasus and proceed along the left side, avoiding poison water, to reach the entrance.
- 3Speak to the horse to start the Horsing About quest.
- 4On the first floor, head north, then east through a door. Break the pots for a Seed of Strength.
- 5Go up the stairs, through the electric floor, and up the next set of stairs.
- 6Take the stairs in the northwest corner down to the first floor to open a chest containing a Seed of Sorcery.
- 7Return to the floor above, head right, go south through a gap, and use the stairs in the southwest corner.
- 8On the next floor, go east to find a chest with an Yggdrasil Leaf.
- 9To the right of this chest, push against the left wall to the north to find a hidden room with three chests containing a Seed of Life, Dragonsbane, and Slime Crown.
- 10Double back to the previous room, go up the central stairs, and enter the large doorway at the top.
- 11Take the northwestern stairs. Venture to the northeast corner and use those stairs to ascend to the next floor.
- 12Be careful of the edges. One chest contains a Mimic (defeat it for a Seed of Skill), and another contains a Seed of Sorcery.
- 13Find a door in the southwest corner along the wall and go through it.
- 14To the east, there is a final chest containing a Seed of Strength.
- 15Heal your party and climb the long staircase to the top for two boss battles.
