    In Act III, head to Havens Above and find a Watcher outside the shop.

    The Watcher will ask you to retrieve a Harmonicrystal from the Battleground to upgrade Serena’s Harp.

    Travel to the Battleground. Make sure you are fully recovered and have used the Camp to reach B9 via the Ultimate Key door.
