Alright, welcome to Part 23! We're diving into the Lower Avanta District, and our main goal is to hunt down Jindosh. Meagan's going to drop you off in the sewers, and don't worry, there are no enemies down here. It's the perfect chance to grab some early loot without any pressure.

As you explore the sewers, keep an eye out for a spotlight. It's your cue that a corridor leading outside is nearby. Inside that hallway, you'll find some lockers stocked with whale oil, copper wire, and 3 coins. Once you step out into the open air, look for a maintenance workbench – there's some whale oil right beside it. Keep exploring the area; you'll spot a half-shut garage door. Inside that, there's a shelf with tyvian ore.

Now, you can tackle the rest of the area in pretty much any order you like. To make things easier, let's group up items by how close they are to the sewers. The first spot we should hit is the bloodfly den, which is just to the west and a bit higher up, at street level. You'll know you're in the right place because you'll see a bunch of non-hostile NPCs hanging around. Keep an eye on the guy with the broom – he's usually got a 10-coin pouch on him.

Once you're inside the bloodfly den, head straight up to the second floor. You'll need to smash four nests here – two inside the apartment and two outside. You'll find one blood amber in the exterior hall. All the other goodies are inside: a husk near a dead body (5 coins), some coins and a pouch by a desk with séance notes (22 coins), and sphalerite near a blackboard desk (15 coins). Honestly, seeing this room makes you wonder if sphalerite is really lucky...

The third floor has some loot too. You can get in through the windowless sill. Besides a rune shrine, you'll find bathing salts (15 coins) in the sink and more sphalerite in the bedroom display cabinet.
