Alright, you've made it to the very end! When you arrive at the End of Time, you'll notice a new warp point. Head north from there, and you'll run into Magus again. He's about to step into a Gate, and you need to follow him right through it. This is it – the TRUE final battle!
- 1From the End of Time, go north. You'll meet Magus again.
- 2After Magus enters the Gate, follow him immediately.
- 3Prepare yourself for the final boss fight against the Dream Devourer. Check the Bosses section if you need help with its patterns.
- 4Once you've defeated the Dream Devourer, sit back and watch the ensuing cutscene.
- 5After the credits roll, you'll see a new ending sequence.
- 6Save your game completion data when prompted.
Upon saving your game, you'll receive the Dreamseeker weapon for Crono. Congratulations on fully completing Chrono Trigger!
Note on Arena of the Ages:
You might notice a new warp at the End of Time leading to the Arena of the Ages. This is a separate area where you can train and battle monsters. To get the full rundown on how it works, talk to the trainer when you first arrive. Just a heads-up, you can't access the Arena between Crono's death and when you get the Epoch back in the main story.
