The real kicker is that you MUST defeat both Archaeofangs within the same round, or very close to it. If one is left standing for too long, it will fully revive its partner, and you'll have to start all over again. This is why consistent, balanced damage is crucial. Crono's Luminaire is a lifesaver here, as is the Falcon Strike.
3. Phase 3: Surviving the Elements
   The Archaeofangs will also use their own elemental attacks like Flare and Volcano. They aren't overwhelmingly powerful, so as long as you're keeping your HP up with healing items or spells, you should be able to weather these hits without too much trouble.

• Focus your elemental magic: Use Fire on the blue Archaeofang and Ice/Water on the red one.
• Damage them evenly: Aim to bring both down to critical HP around the same time.
