    Enter Guardia Forest and head north.

    When the path splits, go east and then southeast into a larger area.

    Defeat the 3 Amanitas in this area.

    Check the sparkling object in the upper-right corner of this area to obtain a Strength Capsule.

    Go west and then all the way north, followed by heading east.

    Approach the creature running around; it will summon a couple of Scarabs. Defeat them quickly.

    Continue heading north and west through the forest.

    Pass by the Gilded Bellbird (a floating enemy); it will summon a couple of Scarabs to fight you. Defeat them.

    Go northwest and then defeat the 3 Amanitas you encounter further ahead.

    Continue north and east to find the exit of the forest.

    You can go all the way east to another area where a chest sealed by mysterious energy is located.

    Return to the previous area and head north to exit Guardia Forest.
