Guardia Castle (600 A.D.)

Enter Guardia Castle and speak to the guards. The Queen will grant you permission to enter.

Proceed north to the throne room. Talk to the King, who mentions the Queen's odd behavior and lost coral pin.

Go right and up the hallway, then ascend the stairs to the next room.

Go up two floors. In the second room, open the chest to get a Potion.

Continue all the way upstairs to the top floor.

Go down and talk to the soldier blocking a room. He will move after you speak to him.

Go left and through the door into the Queen's room.

Approach the Queen. She dismisses her maids and asks you to come closer.

Walk closer, and she reveals herself as Marle in disguise. She explains what happened and vanishes.

Open the chest to the left of where Marle stood to get an Ether.

Go down and exit the Queen's room.

Go right down the hallway. You can talk to the maids and guard if you wish.

Go up to the stairs and descend to the bottom floor.

Walk south. Lucca will find you, asking about Marle. She explains the situation and the need to rescue the real Queen Leene.

Lucca joins your party. Head down and left into the throne room.

Go left and up the hall, then up the stairs at the end.

Go up two floors and open the chest to get 100G.

Continue all the way to the top floor.

Go down and right through the hallway, then up through the door into the King's room.

Open the chest to get a Bronze Armor. Equip it on Crono.

Leave the King's room and go all the way downstairs to the throne room.

Continue south through the next couple of rooms.

In the first room where you were stopped, head down toward the exit. You can choose to visit the Knight's quarters (to rest/recover) or the kitchen (to recover status).

Exit the castle.
