    After the intro cutscene, approach your helmet on the wall and press E/M1.

    Interact with the computer screen to the right of where the helmet was.

    Walk through the opened gate to the Tram Station.

    An error will pop up. Go back to the front desk and press the IC assistance button again.

    Follow the IC bot to a different entrance into the mall.

    At the bottom of the ladder, walk straight to the Wireless Access Point.

    Walk to the right of the Access Point to the far end wall. Find a hatch with cables connected.

    Follow the cables to an electrical box. Aim your C.A.T. tool (M2) and fire a pulse (M1) at the terminal to open the hatch.

    Inside this room, a gate will close you in. Look under the Checkout desk for a red button. Press it.

    A bot will break open the gate. Hide behind the desk until it moves away.

    When the gate is open and the bot is clear, run out to the left, then make a right toward Galaxy Video.

    Walk down the hall to the right of the Access Point (left side of Galaxy Video) to reach the security room. Read the note on the door indicating the meeting was moved to MEGAZONE.

    To reach MEGAZONE, go back to the plant area before the video store and return through the Union Plaza area.

    Go straight forward towards the panel of screens (past the room where you entered via the hatch) and take a left.

    Go all the way down the hall and then take a right. You'll see an area with purple lighting.

    Go around the center planter and crouch (CTRL) to get under the shutters into MEGAZONE.

    (Optional Achievement) In MEGAZONE, find a powered-on arcade machine (back row with the Gunshow image) and press E/M1 to interact. Play the game by following on-screen prompts to earn the achievement.
Tips
  • Your C.A.T. tool has three uses per battery. Press R to view the current charge.
  • Hostile bots roam certain areas. You cannot fight them, so prioritize running (SHIFT) or hiding behind obstacles.
  • The elevator keycode and your ID number are randomized for each player. Always check the Database or your suit for the correct codes.
  • Be cautious when using Wireless Access Points in areas with hostile bots, as they can still reach you.
  • Access to the next area via the elevator.
  • Obtaining the C.A.T. tool and batteries, essential for progression.
