After the cutscene, approach your helmet on the wall and press E/M1.

Look at the computer screen to the right. Click the FORM tab to complete the tutorial.

Press the PRINT tab and PRINT ID. Grab the ID from the left side of the computer.

Crouch (CTRL + Space + S) to pick up the fallen ID.

Go to the computer beside the door and press OPEN DOOR. Leave your room and walk left.

Approach the elevator door and use the computer. Instead, go to the room to the right (Meeting Room A01) and then the second door on your right.

In the meeting room, collect the C.A.T. tool from the second table on the left.

Use the computer on the right side of the meeting room to open another door and find batteries (blue-colored). One can be found by crouching under the shelves in the recycling center.

With a battery, go to the projection on the wall, press R, and press the Wireless Access Point button.

Go to the DATABASE page and note the elevator keycode (e.g., 4832 - this is random per player).

Go to the elevator door and enter the keycode. Press OPEN DOOR, then GATEWAY on the computer.

Exit the elevator and walk left to the ASN terminal. Listen to the voice recording and view the screen.

Go back toward the elevator and look right at the Tram Station. Find the note on the wall left of the gate.

Follow the cables from the gate to the box on the wall. Aim with M2 and fire with M1 using the C.A.T. tool to open the gate.

Walk through to the Tram Station. Approach the Tram and use the computer screen inside to select a location. Choose the Mall.

Arrive at the Mall. Go to the front desk and press the IC assistance button. Follow the droid to the computer.

Log in with your ID number (e.g., 9601 - this is unique per player). Select Business or Pleasure as your purpose.

Go back to the front desk and press the IC assistance button again. Follow the IC bot to a different entrance and climb down the ladder.

At the bottom, walk straight to the Wireless Access Point. Walk right and find an electrical box on the wall by following the cables from a hatch.

Aim with M2 and fire with M1 at the terminal to open the hatch. Press CTRL to climb through.

Inside, a gate closes. Crouch and look under the Checkout desk for a red button. Press it and hide behind the desk as the bot breaks the gate.

Once the gate is open and the bot is clear, run left, then right toward Galaxy Video.

Walk down the hall to the right of the Access Point (left side of Galaxy Video) to the security room. Read the note: the meeting is moved to MEGAZONE.

Go back to the plant area before the video store, through Union Plaza, toward the panel of screens. Take a left.

Go down the hall, take a right, and go around the center planter. Crouch (CTRL) to get under the shutters into MEGAZONE.

Tips

Your C.A.T. tool has three uses per battery. Press R to view the current charge.
Hostile bots roam the Mall area and will attack on sight. You cannot fight them; focus on running (SHIFT) or hiding behind obstacles.
In MEGAZONE, find a powered-on arcade machine (back row with Gunshow image) and press E/M1 to interact. Follow on-screen prompts to play and earn an achievement.
