After the cutscene, approach your helmet on the wall and press E/M1.

Look at the computer screen to the right of the helmet.

Click the FORM tab and complete the tutorial.

Press the PRINT tab and then PRINT ID. The ID will print to the left of the computer.

Crouch (CTRL + Space + S) to find the fallen ID and press E/M1 to grab it.

Go to the computer beside the door and press OPEN DOOR.

Walk left towards the panoramic screen.

Go to the elevator door and use the computer to access the next area.

Enter Meeting Room A01 by pressing OPEN DOOR on the computer screen.

Enter the second door on your right in Meeting Room A01.

Collect the C.A.T. tool from the second table on the left.

Use the computer on the right side of the meeting room to open another door.

Find batteries (blue-colored) inside.

Power the C.A.T. tool with a battery. View charge by pressing R.

Connect to the projection on the wall by pressing R, then the Wireless Access Point button.

Go to the DATABASE page and note the elevator keycode (e.g., 4832 - this is random for each player).

Go to the elevator door and enter the keycode on the keypad. Press OPEN DOOR.

Press GATEWAY on the computer to access the next area.

Walk left to the ASN terminal. Listen to the voice recording and view the screen.

Go back to the elevator and look right at the Tram Station.

Follow the cables from the gate to the box on the wall above the note. Aim with M2 and fire a pulse with M1 using the C.A.T. tool to open the gate.

Walk through the opened gate to the Tram Station.

Approach the Tram and get inside. Use the computer screen to select a location, choose the Mall.

At the Mall, go to the front desk and press the IC assistance button. Follow the droid.

Log in using your ID number (found on the front of your suit, e.g., 9601 - this is random for each player).

Select Business or Pleasure as your purpose.

Go back to the front desk and press the IC assistance button again. Follow the IC bot to a different entrance.

Climb down the ladder.

Walk straight and find a Wireless Access Point. Walk to its right.

Follow cables to an electrical box on the wall. Aim with M2 and fire with M1 using the C.A.T. tool to open a hatch.

Press CTRL to climb through the hatch.

A gate will close you in. Crouch and look under the Checkout desk for a red button. Press it.

Hide behind the desk as a bot breaks open the gate.

When the bot is out of the way, run left, then right towards Galaxy Video.

Walk down the hall to the right of the Access Point (left side of Galaxy Video) to the security room. Read the note on the door; the meeting is moved to MEGAZONE.

Go back to the plant area before the video store and through Union Plaza.

Go straight towards the panel of screens, past the room where you entered via the hatch, and take a left.

Go all the way down the hall and take a right into the area with purple lighting.

Crouch (CTRL) to get under the shutters into MEGAZONE.

Tips

Press F to look closer at computer screens if you're having trouble reading.
Your C.A.T. tool has three uses per battery. View current charge by pressing R.
The elevator keycode and your ID number are random for each player. Always check the Database and your suit for the correct codes.
Bots in the mall area are hostile and cannot be fought. Avoid them by running (SHIFT) or hiding.
In MEGAZONE, find a powered-on arcade machine (back row with Gunshow image) and press E/M1 to interact with it to earn an achievement.
