After the intro cutscene, approach your helmet on the wall and press E/M1.

Look at the computer screen to the right of the helmet. Click the FORM tab to complete the tutorial, then press PRINT ID.

Crouch (CTRL + Space) to pick up the printed ID from the left side of the computer.

Use the computer beside the door to open it, then leave your room and walk left.

Enter the room to the right of the panoramic screen (meeting room A01) by pressing OPEN DOOR on its computer.

Enter the second door on your right within the meeting room.

Collect the C.A.T. tool from the second table on the left.

Use the computer on the right side of the meeting room to open another door and find batteries (blue-colored). They can be found in the recycling center underneath shelves by crouching.

Equip a battery to your C.A.T. tool. Press R to view charge and meter. Three uses per battery.

Go to the projection on the wall in the meeting room, press R, and then press the Wireless Access Point button (triangles and lines symbol).

Navigate to the DATABASE page and note the elevator keycode: 4832. (This code is random; always check your Database).

Leave the meeting room, go to the elevator, and enter the code on the KEYPAD. Press OPEN DOOR.

Inside the elevator, press GATEWAY to access the next area.

Exit the elevator and walk left to the ASN terminal. Listen to the voice recording.

Return to the elevator and look right at the Tram Station. Follow the cables from the gate to the box on the wall above the note. Aim with M2 and fire a pulse with M1 using your C.A.T. tool to open the gate.

Walk through the opened gate to the Tram Station. Approach the Tram and use the computer screen inside to select a location. Choose the Mall.

At the Mall, go to the front desk and press the IC assistance button. Follow the droid to the computer. Log in with your ID number (found on the front of your suit): 9601. (ID numbers are unique).

Select Business or Pleasure as your purpose. An error will occur.

Return to the front desk, press the IC assistance button again, and follow the IC bot to a different entrance. Climb down the ladder.

At the bottom of the ladder, walk straight to the Wireless Access Point. To the right, follow cables to an electrical box. Aim with M2 and fire with M1 to open a hatch. Press CTRL to climb through.

Inside the room, a gate closes. Crouch under the Checkout desk and press the red button. Hide behind the desk as a bot breaks the gate.

Once the gate is open and the bot is clear, run left, then right towards Galaxy Video.

Walk down the hall to the right of the Access Point (left side of Galaxy Video) to the security room. Read the note: the meeting is moved to MEGAZONE.

Go back to the plant area before the video store, through Union Plaza, straight towards the panel of screens, and take a left.

Go to the end of the hall, take a right into an area with purple lighting. Go around the center planter and crouch (CTRL) under the shutters into MEGAZONE.

In MEGAZONE, find a powered-on arcade machine (back row, Gunshow image) and press E/M1 to interact. Play the game using the on-screen prompts to earn an achievement.

Tips

Crouching (CTRL + Space) is essential for picking up small items like your ID.
Your C.A.T. tool requires batteries, which have three uses per charge. Keep an eye on the power meter (R).
Enemy bots in the mall area are hostile and cannot be fought. Avoid them by running (SHIFT) or hiding.
Keycodes and ID numbers are randomized for each player. Always check in-game sources like the Database or your suit for the correct codes.
Wireless Access Points allow you to save progress and view current tasks.
