Alright, let's tackle the Top Floor and Tumack part of the game. It's not as complicated as it sounds, but you'll want to pay attention to what Tumack wants.

First things first, when you're on the top floor, you'll see some holes in the floor. Just walk around them to the right and find Tumack. Chat with him, and then follow him back around those same floor holes to the lift. Hop in with him.

Once the lift brings you to a stop, catch up to Tumack again and talk to him. He's going to lay out his plan. You'll have a choice to say you're ready or not. If you're not sure, you can say no to hear his full explanation, but when you're ready, just tell him you are.

You can also go back and talk to Molina if you want, but honestly, the main objective here is to just exit the building through the entrance you came in.

Here's the key part: you need to take your tanks out of the building and back onto the world map. Once they're out there, return to the building on foot and speak to Tumack one more time. This time, make sure you answer YES when he asks if you're ready.

While Tumack does his thing, you won't be able to move. Just hang tight and enjoy the scene as the tower dramatically falls. Once that's done, the path forward is clear!

You'll notice that you can still drive your tanks into the Corona Building area, but the entrance will be blocked by rubble. Head a little way to the left on the sand, and that's when the Brass Banshee will show up. Now that you've got your tanks, you're in a good position to take it on!
