Floor 5

Alright, let's head up to Floor 5! You'll want to take the lift right by the back door you used to get into the building. Once you're up there, keep your eyes peeled.

The first wooden box you see on the left, right by the lift, actually has the Turbo Carmen. Now, this is a sweet piece of gear, but it's for tanks, so you won't be able to use it just yet. Don't worry, you can grab it for later!

As you move through the area, you'll notice a few rooms. The first one on the south side of the corridor has a Vending Machine, but it's out of order. The room directly across from it has some computer screens talking about the Synthesis Simulator. Keep heading left past all those swirling globes, and you'll find more computer screens to check out.

Pushing on to the very end of the main hallway, you'll find an unopened box. Inside this one is TNT Paranoia. I ended up giving this to Soldier and swapping the Rocket Punch over to Hunter, but you can decide who gets it!

Now, there's a room on the south side with a red carpet. Inside, you'll find a computer labeled 'Noah user 5F-0' and a big desk. You can check them out, but unfortunately, there's nothing useful there. However, when you get to the lobby room, check the other desk. In the right drawer, you'll find the Password Memo. To read it, just go to your Tools list, select it, and then choose the 'USE' command.

Back in the center room, you'll see more Noah User 5F numbers on the computer screens. Honestly, no idea what that all means, but it's there if you want to look!

Lastly, keep an eye out for another wooden box on this floor. Inside, you'll find the Dragon Spray. Make sure to grab everything you can!
