    Navigate to the Seashore Factory.

    Go up the ladders to the 3rd floor and speak twice to the President on the balcony to get permission to use the wild buggy.

    Go to another area on the 3rd floor. Have Masakazu walk on top of the vehicle (Buggy), press the A button to bring up the menu, select "get on and get off", then "get on", and finally "end".

    Drive the Buggy through the factory, falling off ledges and through holes until you reach the 1st floor.

    On the 1st floor, have the Hero walk on top of Mosquito, press the A button to bring up the menu, and select "get on and get off" then "get on".
