Walkthrough

    Drive West and then North from Rocco. The hospital is the small building just before the broken bridge to the right.

    There are no enemies inside the hospital. Check all cupboards for items.

    In the middle room on the ground floor, find Freezer Bottle in the sink.

    Go up to the first floor and enter the first room to find Confusion Hi and Oyholo Capsule in the chests of drawers.

    Enter the second room; a man will run away. Check the machine near the bottom exit for a cross fire type mini-game.

    Follow the man outside onto the balcony and then back into the next room.

    Get Healing Drink from the first box and Nitro Beer from the second.

    Find True Blue (body armour) in the Wardrobe.

    Go downstairs to the ground floor area with a skeleton. Push it forward and follow the Muscle Man downstairs.

    Use the Lock Hacker to open the grey door. In the bottom right corner, a wooden box contains the essential ID CARD (o), needed to obtain another tank later.

    Check the open wardrobe; MM will appear and run off again.

    Head right into the garage where MM challenges you to a fight.

  • Ensure you have all three allies and equip them with the best available gear.
  • Stock up on healing items and throwing tools like Hand Grenades and Flame Bottles.
  • Level up your soldier before attempting this fight.

Mad Muscle Fight Details:

  • Mad Muscle's attacks are powerful, dealing around 250 HP damage per hit at level 15, with two attacks per turn.
  • Use the Confusion Hi item and a Soldier with a Flame gun or your best weapon. Avoid using the wrench with Mechanic as it will bounce off.
  • Keep your party healed and replace broken protectors (listen for a louder bang).
  • If not defeated quickly, Mad Muscle will retreat and return with his Muscle Car. He does not attack with the car, and may disappear and return without it.
