When you see the AntMag preparing its paralysis gas, your best bet is to get out of the area quickly. The gas will slow you down, making you an easy target for other enemies. If you get caught in it, try to move erratically to make yourself harder to hit.

The detection wave is a bit trickier. It doesn't directly damage you, but it will alert any other enemies in the vicinity to your presence. If you're trying to sneak around or focus on a specific threat, this wave can really mess up your plans. Keep an eye out for the visual cue that signals the wave is about to be released, and be ready to reposition or deal with any reinforcements that show up.
