    Begin in an elevator heading to the Umbrella Laboratories facility. HUNK will brief Delta team on the objective: intercept William Birkin and obtain the G-virus sample.

    Upon exiting the elevator, move right until the targeting reticule appears to enable shooting.

    Collect all items and intel in the lobby.

    Follow HUNK and Wolfpack into the B.O.W. Lab through the unlocked right entrance.
Tips
  • Experiment with all characters; each has unique abilities that can make certain stages easier.
  • Test all primary weapons; the highest damage or last listed weapon isn't always the best.
  • Save up for the Samurai Edge Handgun, considered the best handgun, to complement a primary weapon like a shotgun by compensating for its range.
  • Shoot each security camera for 50 XP. Shooting all cameras in a stage grants 500 XP.
  • Record all Intel at a Laptop to receive credit. Each piece of Intel is worth 50 XP in the USS campaign. Recording two or more pieces of Intel at a laptop unlocks a gallery item for every 100 XP gained through Intel. Always try to have at least two pieces of Intel before using a laptop if you still have gallery items to unlock.
  • Find all 7 Raccoon City Mascots hidden across all USS campaign stages. Move toward the small raccoon statuettes and press the interact button to receive 300 XP per mascot. Each mascot can only be found once.

Umbrella Underground Lab Facility - Lab Lobby:

  • Security Camera 1/11: Located above the door to the left on the wall opposite the lobby after gaining control post-elevator cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically).
  • Security Camera 2/11: Located above the door to the next room, to the right of the reception counter.
  • First Aid Spray: Found in the yellow cart in front of the reception desk.
  • Intel 1: Located on top of a safe behind the reception desk.
  • Intel 2: Found behind a black terminal to the right of the exit door.
  • Stun Grenade: Located between a terminal and a metal cabinet next to the open lab entrance on the left wall.
