Your guide to clearing the streets outside the office in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. Find intel, items, and take down Crimson Heads.

Alright, so you've just stepped out into the streets. Don't get too comfortable – there are zombies to deal with right away, but thankfully, not too many to start. Keep an eye out for the first Security Camera (1/18) mounted on the wall above the building door you just exited.

As you move forward, you'll see four explosive barrels down the street. Your team will advance towards them, and that's your cue. A group of Crimson Heads is about to come charging your way. Wait until they're running past those barrels, then shoot the barrels to take out a good chunk of them. Blast any remaining Crimson Heads with your weapons until the area is clear.

Next, you'll want to go around the side of the bus up ahead. There's an alley to your left that's worth checking out. If you're not already equipped with a long-range weapon, there's a weapon crate near the bus. Blast the locks off it and grab the Bolt-Action Rifle inside – you'll definitely need a long-range weapon soon.

Items and Intel:

• First Aid Spray: After you've dealt with the zombies and moved past the vehicles, head into the alley on the left. Look to your right as you enter the alley; this spray is hidden behind some boxes.
• First Aid Spray: In that same alley, keep an eye out near a telephone pole on the left. You'll find another First Aid Spray there.
• Intel 3: While you're in the alley off to the left (after moving past the vehicles and fighting zombies), look behind a dumpster to find this intel.

Weapons & Ammo:

• Bolt-Action Rifle: Once you've made it past the line of vehicles, you'll find this weapon.
