Alright, so you've found yourself in this room beside the bottom of the platform elevator, and your objective is to catch that sneaky infiltrator, Ada Wong. She's hiding behind some boxes at the back of this corridor, and trust me, she's not going to make it easy for you. She'll be firing her handgun and tossing incendiary grenades, plus the whole corridor is rigged with laser mines. Just a heads-up, if you're wondering who Ada is, she's that female spy you see throughout Leon's story in RE2.

Walkthrough

    First things first, there's a Security Camera (6/16) you'll want to grab. Look on the wall above the stack of crates and the two green herbs to find it.

    Now, about Ada. The main goal here is to get to her. You need to run towards the crates she's hiding behind, then quickly move to the left, and she'll bolt. Your job is just to make it to her location!

    To get down the corridor she's guarding, you'll have to deal with those laser mines. You can shoot them or toss frag grenades at them to destroy them.

    It's a good idea to hang near the wall beside the corridor, where Ada can't shoot you directly, and take out any laser mines you can see from a distance.

    For the laser mines further down, your team will need to toss frag grenades or shoot at them as you advance. Trying to shoot them while moving forward can be tricky because Ada will be tossing incendiary grenades while you're trying to take cover behind crates.

    Keep an eye out for four explosive barrels down the corridor. It's smart to shoot the two on the left side of the corridor and make them explode before you run down there. This way, you won't take damage if they get set off when you pass.

    Here's the tricky part: Wait for Ada to toss an incendiary grenade. As soon as she does, sprint towards the first crate you think you can reach before she starts firing. Honestly, the best move is to wait for her to toss a grenade that rolls all the way to the end of the corridor. That gives you a window to rush behind the second crate, near the right wall, without taking fire damage.

    Once she tosses a second grenade, you can pretty much just make a run for her. You'll likely take some damage from her shots, but you can dive and duck behind the row of crates she's hiding behind.

    Once you're behind those crates with Ada, you're almost home free! Just move to the left, and she'll run off.

  • You'll find two Green Herbs lying on the floor by some crates.
  • There's also a First Aid Spray on some boards in the back of the room.

Intel:

  • Intel 6 is located on the crate that Ada takes cover behind. Make sure to grab it after you chase her away.

Weapons & Ammo:

  • You'll find three Ammo Boxes scattered around the area.
  • There's an Ammo Crate off to the left, in front of the boxes Ada uses for cover.
  • Another Ammo Box is located across from the laser mines closest to Ada, at the other end of the corridor.
