Intel 16 - Located on top of the brown dumpster situated below the stairs leading to the motel rooftop. You can find this by moving under the stairs after descending them.

Intel 17 - After descending the stairs from the motel rooftop, enter the dead-end area down the stairs in the alley ahead. This intel is on top of the brown dumpster in that alley.

Intel 18 - After descending the stairs from the motel rooftop, enter the dead-end area down the stairs in the alley ahead. This intel is located below the [source text cut off].
