Blast the explosive barrels located behind the left side of the truck to eliminate some of the parasite zombies. Several more parasite zombies will attack your team from the other side of the truck. Eliminate them as they appear and gather the items scattered throughout the area. Proceed past the truck; Leon can be found on top of a freight container to the left ahead.
