Your main goal here is to toss that Incendiary Grenade right into the middle of that zombie/parasite cluster. It'll clear out most of them for you, making your life way easier.

    After that initial cleanup, your team needs to get to the back left of the room. You can either move through the middle area and then head right, or just skirt around the right side of the room.
