This section details the collectibles and items found within the Facility Lab mission of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. The main objective is to locate the Tyrant, but several other items and intel can be found along the way.

Mascot Location:

1. Step into the area with the large hanging capsules.
2. Find the structure in the middle where the capsules must enter.
3. Step through the left side of that area.
4. The mascot is on the far end of the corridor inside the middle structure, on the floor at the end of the corridor.

Facility Lab - Objective: Locate the Tyrant

Upon entering the facility, a cutscene will introduce the Parasite and Parasite Zombie. Your team will not have to fight them immediately. The primary goal is to find the Tyrant, who is located on a bed in the back of the lab. Be sure to collect all listed items.

From the starting point, turn right and find the BLUE CARD on the table below the stairs. This card unlocks the door directly across and to the left of the entrance door, which contains a weapon crate with a grenade launcher.

Security Cameras

1. Security Camera 10/18: On the ceiling down the corridor across from the entrance door to the lab. This is across from the room with the Infected Zombie from the cutscene.
2. Security Camera 11/18: On the ceiling down the stairs to the right after stepping into the lab from the entrance door. This grated ceiling is very high.
3. Security Camera 12/18: Run down the corridor across from the entrance door, then open the door to the room off to the left. This camera is on the ceiling of the room behind that door.

Items

• First Aid Spray: On a counter near the blue card pickup, down the stairs from the entrance.
• Green Herb: Behind the desk with the laptop (to the left of the Tyrant on the bottom floor).

Intel

• Intel 14: On the counter to the left (near a chair) after entering the lab area.
• Intel 15: On a white cart directly ahead and off to the left, across from the entrance door.
• Intel 16: On a white cart on the bottom floor beside the areas where the lasers trap zombies.

Weapons & Ammo

• Ammo Box: Near the blue card pickup down the stairs from the entrance.
• Grenade Launcher: Find the blue card on a counter down the stairs to the right of the entrance door. Enter the room down the hall across from the entrance door (to the left) and unlock the door inside that room with the blue card. This weapon will be inside the locked weapon crate in that room.
• Frag Grenade: Near a bed on the bottom floor before reaching the area with the lasers that trap zombies.
• Ammo Box: To the left of the breaker that turns off the lasers.
