Alright, so you're in the Cargo Room and your next objective is to find a way deeper into the lab. First things first, head down the stairs you see. Once you're down there, you'll need to clear out all the zombies hanging around the area. Don't rush past them; take them out!

After you've dealt with the undead, take a moment to search the crates scattered around. There are quite a few items to be found, so don't miss out. Keep an eye out for an open shutter on the right side of the room – that's important. Once you've looted everything you can, make your way to the back of the cargo area and hop on the lift. Before you get going, though, make sure to grab some ammo from the ammo crate nearby. Then, interact with the controls to head down to the floor below.

Now, about that Intel 7 you're looking for: it's sitting on top of a crate right in the middle portion of the shaft area. Make sure you grab it before you move on!

Security Camera: While you're in the Cargo Room, look up at the ceiling. You'll find Security Camera 9/16 right in the middle section up there.

• Green Herb: On the top walkway in the cargo room, head left. It's at the very end.
• Green Herb: Inside an open crate on the bottom floor, off to the right.
• Antivirus Spray: Behind the middle shutter on the bottom floor, on the right side of the room.
• First Aid Spray: Also behind the middle shutter on the bottom floor, on the right side of the room.

Intel to Collect:

• Intel 8: Inside a crate on the bottom floor, off to the left. It's the second open crate you'll see on that side.
• Intel 9: Inside the center open crate on the bottom floor.
• Intel 10: Inside the open crate off to the right on the bottom floor.

Weapons & Ammo:

• Ammo Box: On the top walkway in the cargo room, head left. It's at the end of the walkway.
• Frad Grenade: Also on the top walkway in the cargo room, head left, and it'll be at the end.
• Ammo Box: Inside the center open crate on the bottom floor.
• Ammo Crate: Behind the middle shutter on the bottom floor, on the right side of the room.
