A guide to finding the Blue Card and navigating the Hospital Lobby in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, including enemy strategies and item locations.
This section covers finding the Blue Card and dealing with the Hospital Lobby encounter in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.
Walkthrough
- 1Locate the Security Camera 2/20 on the ceiling across from the double door entrance to the lobby at the end of the hall.
- 2Obtain the BLUE CARD from the counter in the room down the right hall behind the reception counter.
- 3Use the Blue Card to unlock the door at the opposite end of the hall to the right to access extra item pickups. Grab all items before proceeding to the lobby through the double doors, as you cannot return to the reception area afterward.
- 4Enter the Hospital Lobby. Nicholai will speak over the intercom, revealing a trap involving explosives rigged throughout the hospital and a surprise waiting ahead.
- 5After Nicholai's announcement, zombies will emerge from under tables. Stay in the middle of the room to clear a path, then move to a side, put your back to a wall, and eliminate the zombies in front of you.
- 6A new type of zombie will enter the room: 'bomb zombies'. These have a bomb attached that detonates when shot or when the zombie grabs a character. A downed bomb zombie will beep and explode.
- 7Identify bomb zombies by their blinking light. Shoot them or their bombs from a distance, ensuring you stay far back to avoid splash damage.
- 8In multiplayer, ensure no teammates are near a bomb zombie before shooting it to prevent friendly fire damage.
- 9Locate the Security Camera 3/20 on the wall across from your entry point in the Lobby, above some vents.
Items in the Hospital Lobby:
- Green Herb - On a table on the back right side of the lobby.
- Antiviral Spray - On the floor near a stack of tables on the right side of the lobby.
- Intel 7 - On a table near a sofa on the back left side of the lobby.
- Intel 8 - On a long table on the back right side of the lobby.
- Ammo Box - On the floor near a table off to the left near the center of the lobby.
Note: The grenade launcher found in the locked room is not particularly useful early on as there are no major enemies for a while.
